Over a Candle

Okay, it begins…

This is my new blog space, and I hope the last move for a good long time. LiveJournal was fun, but now I’ve got my own little home on the web. Complete with stuff I need to fix.

Of course, I had to wait two whole days to get the overacandle.com address to resolve here. And patience has never been something I’m good at. But there you have it.

And now that it’s working, my iDisk is giving me problem. I love .mac, but this is silly. I had lecture notes to print out this morning, and the sync at school fouled up. Luckily I had the notes written out. This is not good. If I can’t get this problem resolved, and quickly, .mac is no longer worth the $100 a year I pay for it. Grrr…

Anyway… I will probably be tweaking and playing with this site over the next months… I will also be reposting materials from Windmills or Giants and LiveJournal. (I don’t know if I can find my old Blogger info to repost that, but if I can…) I’ll be adding my favorite RSS feeds, and maybe tweaking the style of the blog. But for now, I’m up and running… er… jumping? You know what I mean.
