I don’t intend this week to be nothing but quizzes, but this one was too weird not to post.
Keep in mind that it’s been years since I’ve read the Bible every day. Now my exposure is basically limited to class preparation and the occasional bout of research.
I took the following quiz once. I did not go back and change any answers. I just wanted to see how I did. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised. I was sure I had gotten at least a few questions wrong.
Wow! You are awesome! You are a true Biblical scholar, not just a hearer but a personal reader! The books, the characters, the events, the verses – you know it all! You are fantastic!

Here’s what I got:
You know the Bible 66%!
Congratulations! You know a lot about the Bible – the books, the characters, the events. You are able to remember a lot of what you have heard and read!
Wow, talk about surprising– I only knew about 2 of the answers and the rest were either random or educated guesses–but I still got 66%!
Ronni
I got an 88% but now I am going to be late to class.
One of my colleagues told me that he thought most of the quiz was common sense. He’s probably right, but I am still impressed with both of your scores. Especially since Ronni claims not to know anything much about the Bible.
